Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern use of quantumezhub.com and outsourced bookkeeping and management reporting services. They summarise the agreement; a signed engagement contract prevails on conflict.

3. Services
Bookkeeping and management reporting follow the Law of Ukraine “On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine” No. 996-XIV. Audit and regulated services requiring separate licensure are not included unless expressly stated in the engagement contract.
4. Client responsibilities
You provide complete, accurate and timely records and approvals, and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of source documents.
5. Website use
No unlawful, misleading or disruptive use. Content and materials are owned by quantumezhub.com or its licensors.
6. Fees and liability
Fees, scope and liability limits are set in the engagement contract. To the extent permitted by law, quantumezhub.com is not liable for indirect loss.
7. Personal data and cookies
Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI. Non-essential cookies are used only with informed consent under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” No. 1089-IX; consent can be withdrawn.
8. Consumers and language
Consumer terms, price and complaint information follow the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” No. 1023-XII. Advertising is disseminated in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-ВР; a Ukrainian version is available.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
