Represented by David Meyer, Managing Director. Processing follows the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI.

2. Data we collect

Enquiry data: name, email, phone, message sent via the contact form.
Client documents shared for bookkeeping: contracts, invoices, statements.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, from logs and cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Enquiries and pre-contract steps: consent and contract performance.
Accounting services: contract and Law of Ukraine No. 996-XIV.
Tax and reporting duties: legal obligation under Law No. 755-IV.
Site security and analytics: consent, withdrawable at any time.

4. Recipients

Hosting and IT providers, our accountants, and auditors or regulated specialists only where separately licensed; banks and state authorities where legally required. We never sell personal data.

5. Retention

Enquiries: 12 months from last contact. Accounting records: at least three years after the reporting period under Law No. 996-XIV, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, plus withdrawal of consent, via contact@quantumezhub.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Replies within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies need no consent. Non-essential analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your informed consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX; you may withdraw it in cookie settings or your browser.

8. Contact form

The form has one button, "Send request"; submission redirects to a thank-you page and your enquiry reaches us by email.

9. Legal information

Registration details are available on request and via a State Register extract under Law No. 755-IV. Consumer terms and complaints follow Law No. 1023-XII; e-commerce disclosures follow Law No. 675-VIII. A Ukrainian-language version is provided per Law No. 270/96-VR.
