quantumezhub.com is a private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU code 18401452, registered at Business Center Horizon, 12 Antonovycha St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. We provide bookkeeping support, preparation of accounting and tax reporting and organisation of primary documents only. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Accounting work follows the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine" No. 996-XIV. Provider details are published in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII.

2. No government affiliation

We are not a state authority, fiscal service, registry or regulator and do not act on their behalf. No affiliation, endorsement or partnership with any public body is stated or implied. We cannot influence, expedite or reverse decisions taken by state bodies.

3. No legal representation or audit

We do not provide legal advice and do not represent clients before courts or authorities unless a separate written mandate exists. We do not perform statutory audits or certification of financial statements; such work requires separate licensure or certification and is not included in our services.

4. No guaranteed regulatory outcome

Website content is general and provided for reference only. Tax and reporting positions depend on the facts of each case and on the practice of the authorities. We do not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome, refund, penalty waiver or approval.

5. Liability and complaints
